The "Sunny South" is a small, personally run Bed & Breakfast situated in the Victorian seaside town of Swanage in the beautiful Isle of Purbeck.
We offer comfortable, centrally heated, "no smoking" accommodation a short level walk from the town centre, beach and all amenities (see location map), and being adjacent to the Swanage Steam Railway line affords an excellent "lineside" view of the passing vintage trains.
All bedrooms have digital (Freeview) colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have en-suite facilities. Tariffs range from £26 per person per night with discounts for stays of 5 or more nights.
