We boast a  "bumper"  English  breakfast and are always happy to accom-

        modate any dietary requirements by arrangement.   Early  breakfasts

           are no problem!  For the committed  rambler,  cyclist and diver,  we

            offer packed lunches  by  arrangement.  There  are  no restrictions

                                  upon access to your room and  wet clothes

                                    or muddy boots are no problem!  Storage

facilities for bicycles and diving equipment can be arranged.

 Whether  you  come  to  enjoy  the  sandy  beaches,  explore

historic Swanage  and  the  Isle  of  Purbeck  or  pursue  one 

of the many recreational activities available, Vicki & Martin

                                                         aim to make your visit as

                                                                 a warm welcome awaits

                                                                      you in the "Sunny South".

 

The "Sunny South" is also ideally situated for Purbeck's many scenic walks and attractions and an ideal stop-over point for the Jurassic Coast and the South West Coast Path.

Guests  have  only a short,  level stroll to the beach, pier, railway station and the town's many restaurants, pubs and inns.  

Being   situated   close  to  the  town  centre,

the "Sunny South" is convenient for all Swanage's amenities  (see  Location  Maps). 

 

The property is adjacent to the Swanage Steam Railway line, and the passing restored vintage trains can be enjoyed "up close" from the safety of the "Sunny South's" viewing  garden.
